The Black Bat from WRD Glass Tools is another device for the removal of bonded windscreens and other vehicle glasses. The system uses a specially designed fibre cutting line. Together with the removal tool this method is not only gentle to the vehicle, but also fast. The high tensile strength cutting line reaches a similar performance as conventional metal cutting wires. But at the same time it is so soft and flexible that damages to the vehicle‘s paint or sensitive surfaces of the interior can be excluded completely. Furthermore, the cutting line can be used several times; usually you will be able to cut out 4-5 windscreens with one piece of cutting line. The tool can be used manual with a hand crank or mechanical with a cordless drill.
